Job Description
- Perform maintenance and surface grinding on dies to ensure proper condition and accuracy - Carry out preventive maintenance on production machines according to schedule - Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical machine issues - Record and report daily maintenance activities - Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives - Update and maintain machine history records - Manage and control tooling and spare parts inventory - Maintain and organize maintenance-related documentation - Provide technical support to ensure smooth production operations - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- D3 majoring in any engineering related - Conversational English proficiency - At least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Staff from Japanese Automotive Manufacturing - Detail oriented, Disciplined, Able to work under pressure
