<Job Responsibilities> - Perform maintenance and surface grinding on dies to ensure proper condition and accuracy - Carry out preventive maintenance on production machines according to schedule - Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical machine issues - Record and report daily maintenance activities - Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives - Update and maintain machine history records - Manage and control tooling and spare parts inventory - Maintain and organize maintenance-related documentation - Provide technical support to ensure smooth production operations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum D3/S1 majoring in engineering related major ・Active conversational level of English ・Minimum 3 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer at a Japanese Manufacturing company ・Familiar with machine maintenance and preventive maintenance ・Detail oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
