Job Description
-Inspect and manage maintenance of production equipment -Respond to equipment failures and troubles, and conduct root cause analysis -Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks -Promote preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities -Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules -Prepare and maintain maintenance records and reports -Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations -Coordinate with other departments (Production, Quality, etc.) -Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・University Graduate (S1)、Graduate of Technical College (D3) ・Experience in managing or maintaining all equipment necessary for production activities *Mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, ability to use PLC ・More than 3 years supervisor expirence in Japanese or MNC Food Factory, Beverage Factory, pharmaceutical Factory, and related fields ・More than High conversational level English ・Stable career ・Computer literacy
