Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise day-to-day operations of M365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power BI). - Manage small technical team and delegate daily tasks effectively. - Ensure timely resolution of tickets and monitor performance metrics via ServiceNow. - Perform advanced troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors or regional IT for escalated cases. - Conduct user training sessions and awareness programs related to Microsoft 365 tools. - Review and update system configuration documents, policies, and license management. - Support project implementations, migrations, or upgrades within the Microsoft ecosystem. - Provide regular reports to IT Manager on system health and operation efficiency. - Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent. ・4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or IT support. ・Deep understanding of M365 architecture, Power Platform, and security management. ・Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills. ・Experience managing small IT operation teams and working with global IT counterparts.
