Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide daily operational support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to M365 environment.
- Monitor system performance and assist in log analysis.
- Collaborate with IT helpdesk and end-users to resolve incidents.
- Handle ticketing using ServiceNow or similar platform.
- Update and maintain documentation, configuration logs, and license records.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
- Other task as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
・2–3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or IT support.
・Familiar with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive configuration.
・Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
・Good teamwork and communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
