Job Description
- Monitor and manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with applicable trade and customs regulations. - Provide professional advice and guidance to the Company's Group on logistics and trade-related matters, including coordination with relevant authorities when necessary. - Stay up to date with trade, customs, and logistics regulations (e.g., Free Trade Agreements, import/export rules) and share relevant updates within the organization. - Conduct trade risk assessments for goods and business schemes using internal workflow system. - Perform inventory risk management activities, including application verification, on-site inspections, and documentation checks in accordance with internal policies. - Support logistics optimization initiatives across warehousing, inventory control, and delivery operations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant logistics and supply chain operations. - Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects and ensure alignment with company's compliance and operational standards. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields) from reputable universities ・Business level of English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience in end to end logistics operation as Assistant Manager including import/export customs clearance in Indonesia, from trading or logistics industry, experienced in handling commodities such as energy, chemicals and food ・Experienced in trade risk management, logistics processes and operation including international and domestics transportation, port and warehouse management, and documentation handling. ・Proficiency in using MS Office (computer literate) ・Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
