Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Daily communication with Forwarder and Fast Retailing Logistics team (Shanghai/Tokyo) in English for the delivery on-time (check shipping schedule, shipping document preparation status, etc.) by checking PIB, preparing attorney letters and documentations for custom. • Maintaining records of importation to fulfill requirements by Ministry of Trade by uploading self declarations to Ministry of Trade to import goods of apparel. • Daily communication with Merchandising department and Inventory Control department to share import schedule and to execute their business plan. • Daily communication with local factories in Indonesia and process invoicing. • Maintain shop utensil management such as fixtures, hangers and consumable items in stores from importation to warehousing.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Working experience of more than 3 years in importing • Knowledge of Indonesia Customs regulations, importing & exporting documents • Good command of written and spoken English (Business Level) • Good command of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Points <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Background in retail business would be advantage
