Job Description
- Responsible for providing analysis and assistance in the company’s implementation of policies, procedures, and documentation for all areas related to (i) compliance matters; (ii) corporate legal issues; (iii) good corporate governance; (iv) anti-money laundering; and (v) customer protection - Identify compliance and legal issues within the company to maintain adherence to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other authorities - Provide legal assistance to all departments in the company, including legal drafting, legal review, and legal opinions - Perform related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.30/4.00 - Proficient in Business English - Min. 2 years of working experience as a Legal/Compliance Officer in the Financial industry - Experienced in providing legal opinions, analyzing regulations, reviewing and drafting agreements, and handling government-related matters, with strong analytical thinking skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
