<Job Responsibilities> - Issue warning letters and initiate legal action against customers with overdue payments - Work closely with external law firms to manage and monitor ongoing legal cases, ensuring timely updates and progress - Check and review sales-related documents and contracts to make sure they follow company policies and legal regulations - Offer legal advice to internal teams and conduct training sessions to raise awareness about legal and compliance matters - Manage legal cases related to unpaid debts and customer disputes, including preparing necessary documentation - Draft and file legal claims in court when needed, and follow up on the legal process until resolution - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Law ・Min. High Conversational Mandarin proficiency with Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years as Legal Staff ・Proficiency in MS Office ・Good communication skill, problem solving skill, and analytical skill
