Job Description
- Make efforts so that company policies, guidelines, provisions, systems and procedures, and activities are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations - Create and update existing SOP and WI control tables and divide them according to their respective divisions - Making written information to each relevant division to update SOPs and WIs so that they are in accordance with applicable company policies and guidelines when needed - Make and update the company's reporting obligations table to external parties and document them well - Make and update the list of external regulations related to the Company, and fulfill them in the form of internal policies and / or guidelines, and document well - Conduct a Compliance Forum and / or Socialization for company employees / employees if needed - Conduct a legal review (legal review) of the draft agreement to be signed between the company and another party - Providing a legal opinion on a legal action that will be carried out by the company, if needed - Conducting Fit and Proper Tests for prospective members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company - Conduct management of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and / or the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and / or the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
Job Requirement
- Graduated from Law degree from reputable university - Mastering English both oral and written - Mastering Japanese becomes a plus - Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent - At least have 2-3 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position - Must-have skills: legal drafting, Ms. Office - Preferably Employees (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Law / Legal Services or equivalent - Have a soul of leadership, good communication, time discipline, honest and high morale - Ready to work under pressure
