Job Description
- Monitor and control the assembly process to ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality standards. - Manage line balancing and takt time to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency. - Develop, analyze, and regularly update production capacity simulations to support planning and decision-making. - Identify, analyze, and resolve quality and productivity issues through structured problem-solving approaches. - Control and monitor 4M changes (Man, Method, Machine, and Material) to ensure stable and consistent production conditions. - Oversee trial runs and ramp-up activities for new production lines or new product models. - Participate in meetings with customers when required to support production or quality discussions. - Ensure proper control and maintenance of jigs, tools, equipment, and production-related computer systems. - Monitor the availability of parts and consumables to prevent production disruptions. - Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives focused on enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity. - Act as a team leader by supervising, guiding, and supporting production team members on the shop floor. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related major ・Conversational English ・Have 2 years of experience as leader production especially in assembly line in Japanese manufacture ・Solid understanding and practical application of Toyota Production System (TPS), 5S/3T, 3M, and Kaizen methodologies. ・Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to improve productivity and resolve quality-related issues. ・Good analytical and technical skills to support data-driven improvement initiatives.
