Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers with significant business scale. - Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, including transferred or previously handled accounts. - Conduct regular client visits and business meetings (approximately 40% field visits and 60% office-based work). - Execute end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to deal closing, in coordination with internal stakeholders. - Prepare and manage required documents for internal approval processes, including credit and business approvals. - Coordinate with internal execution and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Work closely with other internal teams while maintaining ownership of assigned accounts. - Achieve performance targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university. ・Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in: Finance leasing/ Banking/Financial services ・Experience handling B2B customers; exposure to B2C is a plus. ・Possessing an existing customer database or strong market network is highly preferred. ・Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ・Willing to conduct frequent client visits and business travel within Jakarta and surrounding areas. ・Basic working proficiency in English (verbal and written). ・Self-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable working with targets and performance evaluation. ・Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
