Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long term business partnerships - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and address their business needs promptly - Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for account growth - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives - Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts - Conduct cross-selling and upselling activities to maximize revenue - Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, quotations, and presentations - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements - Develop strategic account plans to increase market share and customer retention - Provide market insights and recommendations to management - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements - Coordinate with operations, finance, and other stakeholders to support business objectives - Prepare periodic sales reports, account performance reports, and business reviews - Present business updates and account strategies to management - Lead commercial negotiations with customers while maintaining profitable business relationships - Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively and professionally - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major ・High conversational English ・Have 3 years of experience as Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management in Modern Trade FMCG industry with 1 year experience in supervisor or above level ・Strong analytical, reporting, problem solving and able to work independently and as part of a team
