Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Design, implement, and monitor Kanban systems across production and material flow areas to maintain smooth operations. - Manage hourly lot control, replenishment systems, and pull flow mechanisms to optimize inventory and lead time. - Analyze production data and material flow to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks. - Collaborate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure system accuracy and responsiveness. - Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and Line Balancing, to enhance operational efficiency. - Train and guide production staff on Kanban practices and visual management tools. - Continuously review and update Kanban parameters to align with production demand and process changes. - Prepare regular reports on Kanban performance, flow efficiency, and improvement outcomes. - Coordinate with overseas teams to align Lean initiatives and standardize processes. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient for technical communication with expats) ・Min. 5 year of experience as Production/Process Engineer/Lean Engineer in footwear manufacture, experienced in hands on kanban set up, hourly lot control, continuous material flow, pull production system ・Proven track record in improving production efficiency through Lean and Kanban method ・Own Lean Certification, and familiar with lean tools such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and Line Balancing ・Strong leadership skill, good communication skill, proactive, responsible, detail oriented, organized, and result driven
