Job Description
- Teach Japanese language, SSW-related subjects, and other relevant lessons according to the learning program - Guide and support students in improving their Japanese conversation and communication skills - Provide counseling and guidance for students facing academic, learning, behavioral, or personal challenges - Support the job matching process, including interview preparation and communication with prospective employers - Plan and coordinate school activities and events together with teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders - Maintain effective communication and coordination with students' parents regarding academic progress, attendance, and development - Develop, evaluate, and improve the Japanese language curriculum, learning materials, and teaching methods - Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering student performance, learning progress, and KPI achievement - Other duties as assigned
