Job Description
- Review sales orders, contracts, and shipping logs to prepare accurate invoices - Send invoices to clients via email, mail, or specialized portals - Reconcile billing discrepancies by coordinating with sales and logistics teams - Track payment status and issue reminders for overdue accounts - Maintain invoicing records and related documentation - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any major - High conversational English or above - Min. 1 year of experience as Invoicing Admin, preferably in Trading company - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
