Job Description
- Support communication and interpretation between Japanese chefs and local staff - Support restaurant floor and kitchen operations - Support and guide local staff on-site - Handle on-site issues and operational support - Maintain and improve customer service quality - Report to Japanese management - Support hall service and customer service when necessary - Other related tasks as assigned
