Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees. - Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs - Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies in daily HR operations - Assist the legal team in handling company legal administration, including permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation - Support the preparation, review, and filing of legal documents under the guidance of legal personnel - Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation - Support industrial relations matters, including employee engagement, disciplinary processes, and issue resolution - Analyze HR-related issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions - Prepare HR reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other tools - Communicate and coordinate with Japanese stakeholders, including translation and interpretation when required - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also handling tasks independently - Ensure smooth daily HRGA operations with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management ・Active conversational level of Japanese Skill ・Hold JLPT N3 Certificate ・Minimum 2 years of working experience in HRGA in a manufacturing company ・Has a solid understanding of labor laws, recruitment and training processes, and company licensing requirements ・Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
