Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and coordinate all administrative and operational requirements of the Board of Directors (BoD) - Accurately translate official documents and correspondence between Japanese and Indonesian languages, as well as provide interpretation services during meetings and official engagements - Serve as an interpreter for general discussions and formal meetings within the organization - Possess knowledge of procedures related to foreign worker administration (KITAS, VISA, etc.) - Understand and manage business trip arrangements and related procedures - Prepare, translate, and document the minutes of regular BoD meetings - Organize and maintain the BoD’s daily, weekly, and monthly agendas, including meetings, appointments, and operational activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Japanese Literature ・High conversational to business level of Japanese skill and active English skill ・Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Interpreter or BOD Secretary ・Holds JLPT certification (Minimum N2) ・Good communication skill with good hospitality attitude
