<Job Responsibilities> - Interpret daily meeting for Japanese and locals - Assist Directors and act as a bridge communicator between internal and external parties (HQ, law firm, audit firm, other related parties) - Translate documents - Accompany directors for external meeting (trips required) - Support administration - Make MoM in Japanese - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business Japanese proficiency (ability to communicate fluently in formal language and email) and Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years of working experience as a Japanese assistant or Interpreter or any other coordinating position for Japanese expats. ・Willing to do administrative task and business trip if needed ・Good communication skill, committed, willingness to learn <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experienced in interpreting back office document (finance, compliance, etc.)
