Job Description
IT Support:
- User support: Receive calls, emails, or tickets from users for common technical issues with computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. To coordinate with device vendors when needed.
- Documentation: To record each troubleshooting or issues in the ticketing system, documenting solutions and resolution status, and assist IT Manager in generating reports.
- Installation and configuration: Install, configure, and maintain common business hardware, software, and applications.
- Account management: To assist IT Manager in user account management (e.g. creating new accounts/User ID, deactivating expired accounts/User ID) in systems such as Active Directory or Office365.
- Data maintenance: To assist IT Manager in maintain IT database (e.g. asset record, user information, etc.).
- Maintenance and security: To assist IT Manager in ensuring security and updates of hardware and software, including antivirus installation, and performing other routine maintenance.
Admin Support:
- Review invoices and handle Biznet-related issues, both for office and expatriate use.
- To support the collection and review on driver weekly operational reports.
- Maintain records of office equipment related to office Occupational Safety and Health (K3).
- Organize/manage the storage of company event documentation (such as moving and archiving photos from camera/mobile phone/Google Drive/Cloud to the shared folders.
- Handle employee photo editing when needed for visa processing, business cards, or other necessary documents.
- Handle the procurement of employee ID cards and business cards, including the issuance of Request Slip.
- Handle the procurement of proximity card for building entry card, office entrance card, visitor card, including the issuance of Request Slip.
- Maintain records of proximity card, office entrance card and visitor card.
- Handle the issuance of Request Slip for the procurement of IT-related items (e.g. chargers, phone cases, etc.).
- Handle the annual update or review of the Key Management List, and maintain the record.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
- Having IT Certifications for infrastructure such as Cisco, Microsoft Office 365, or ComTIA A+ will be prioritized.
- 1-2 years experience in IT infrastructure work, preferably with experience working in an IT consulting company.
- Business level English, both written and spoken
- Have the knowledge related to networks, server, printer, Windows PCs, and business software and applications.
- Experience as General Administration support is preferable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (people and problem-solving oriented).
