<Number of employees : Total : 100 Local : 97 Japanese : 3 > <Report Line : Indonesian Head Business Administration > <Team Member: 3 persons> <Products: Lawnower, Generator, Etc > <Saturday Working: As needed > <Job Responsibilities> ・Ensure the preparedness and availability of information system, software and applications. ・Monitor and evaluate the operation of information system and prepare system operational support and IT system performance report. ・Providing proposal, prepare and implement policy and procedures for IT system policy. ・Providing recommendations of information system development in accordance with the company system development plan. ・Cooperate with vendor to design, prepare and implement the system, if necessary (system & software). ・Coordinate with regional IT (Asia Oceania region) to harmonize and synchronize the standard and guidelines on IT system operation. ・Preparing and proposing budget for IT system needs. ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/Female, 27-33 years old ・Min. Bachelor Degree in IT related major ・Business English proficiency (with fluency for international use) ・Min. 3 years of working experience handling IT system or programming for SAP system ・Having experience handle database system (analyzing, developing, and maintenance) ・Fluent with MySQL and PHP Language ・Understand about CCNA Programming <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Preferably having experience in developing and maintaining SAP for Human Resource Information System ・Familiar with SAP Business One
