Job Description
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade company laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Manage and monitor the company's service, networks, and data backups to ensure system stability
- Support end-users by responding to IT-related inquiries and providing technical assistance
- Plan, implement, and manage ERP system introduction and other business applications
- Coodibate with vendors and external service providers for system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, manuals, and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a bachelor's degree up
- Have experience in an internal IT support position for 5years or more
- Have experience in implementing and operating an ERP system
- Have management experience
- Have conversational-level up English
- Communicative person
- Japanese skill is a plus
