<Job Responsibilities>
Know about RDB ( Relational Database ) is advantageous
1. Maintenance the Internet
- Handle troubleshooting bad signal or router problems internally.
Or contact ISP (Internet Service Provider) to help solve the problem.
2. Maintenance PC
- Handle problematic Personal computer or Laptop
- Printer, photocopy or scanner problem ( connection & maintenance )
- Basic set-up for a new laptop/computer.
3. Set-up Google Business suite (Gmail, G-Drive, dll) and contact the IT PIC at the head office
(Can ask Interpreter to translate to Japanese if needed)
4. Maintenance HP
5. Fix/simplify excel data currently used in office .
6. Install and maintenance Microsoft365 + SharePoint
7. Operate Nusoft (ERP from Indonesia) effectively, customize
8. Handle all things related to IT
-Other reated tasks as assigend
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
2. D3 or S1 graduate with relevant business qualification
3. Good command of Japanese or English will be advantageous
4. Having min. 2 years work experiences of IT staff
5. Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
6. Familiar with computers (Microsoft Office )
