Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Establish and drive QA strategies, standards, and processes in line with SDLC and DevOps practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Lead the QA team by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and supporting team development.
- Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Ensure efficient execution of manual and automated tests, including defect analysis and process enhancement.
- Enforce quality standards by ensuring compliance with security, regulatory requirements, and defect management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote continuous improvement through KPIs, automation, and CI/CD integration.
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
・Business English proficiency (able to communicate fluently to native speaker for technical matters)
・Min. 2 years as QA Manager with min. 6 years handling software testing in foreign finance company, familiar with backup and disaster recovery solutions
・Experienced in windows server and linux administration, active directory, DNS, DHCP management, firewalls, VPN, endpoint security, VMware, Hyper-V, Jira and other related QA tools
・Good leadership skill, good communication skill, good management skill
