Job Description
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and cloud servers to ensure system availability and performance. - Administer and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, SASE, and firewall systems. - Manage cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and BOX cloud storage, ensuring secure and efficient access for users. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues, including PCs, desk phones, CCTV, and access control systems. - Monitor network and server performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. - Design, configure, and improve network infrastructure to support business operations and future growth. - Coordinate the procurement of IT infrastructure equipment and manage external vendors or subcontractors for installation and maintenance projects. - Maintain IT documentation, ensure infrastructure security, and provide technical support to internal users when required. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Business English proficiency - Min. 4 years as IT Staff in foreign trading company, experienced in server administration & network infrastructure (maintaining, troubleshooting, managing cloud, supporting) - Good communication skill and interpersonal skill - Willing to do business trip if needed
