Job Description
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks, internet connections, and related IT infrastructure - Provide technical support and problem resolution for network and connectivity issues - Perform onsite inspections and network installations at project sites - Communicate and coordinate regularly with HQ IT team regarding system usage, issues, and updates - Support and manage company IT applications, including those linked to HQ systems in Japan - Assist users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Maintain documentation related to network setup, configurations, and IT procedures - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems - High conversational English or above - Min. 2 years of working experience handling IT Network - Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are welcome - Strong understanding of computer networks and troubleshooting - Willing to do onsite visits to project locations
