Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, particularly for retail/F&B operations. - Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure, including store systems, networks, hardware, and software. - Lead system migration projects, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations. - Oversee IT setup for new store openings, including POS systems, networking, and CCTV installation. - Ensure system reliability, data security, and business continuity across all outlets and central operations. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, store managers) to support business needs. - Manage IT vendors and external partners for system implementation and maintenance. - Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members to improve performance and capability. - Monitor IT budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor degree from IT/Computer Science/related field. ・Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the retail or food service industry. ・Experience with ERP and system integration ・Experience with migration and implementation ・Ability to manage a multi-system environment (POS + ERP + infrastructure) ・Good in leadership. ・Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with store IT systems, hardware, and software maintenance. ・Experience in setting up IT systems for new store openings, including in-store camera installation. ・Ability to develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth and organizational expansion. ・Strong management skills, with experience leading and motivating a team. ・Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and store managers.
