Job Description

- Provide guidance on cloud-based collaboration platforms (such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack) and support their organization-wide adoption.
- Plan, deploy, and manage enhancements to the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues to maintain smooth business operations without downtime.
- Administer Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user account management, configuration, and security setup.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting public cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure smooth integration with on-premise environments.
- Coordinate the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network devices including routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Deliver help desk support by responding to and resolving IT service tickets promptly, focusing on root-cause solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and enforce infrastructure and network security practices, including the configuration of Ubiquiti/MikroTik or Cisco/Palo Alto firewalls and VPN systems.
- Support the administration of servers (Windows and Linux) as required.
- Proactively identify potential IT infrastructure gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and security.

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
・Business level of English
・Have 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, AWS, Azure, or GCP management, with experience in hybrid cloud environments.
・Have 3 years od・In-depth experience in Windows Client, MacOS, Android, IOS, IpadOS, AzureAD, Microsoft Account, and Apple ID.
・Familiarity with remote desktop tools, help desk systems, and supporting remote work setups.
・Understanding of network administration, including firewall configurations (Cisco, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, MikroTik), security protocols, and VPN setup.
・Experience managing Windows and Linux servers.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying infrastructure needs.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
・High attention to detail and commitment to providing quality IT support.
