Mission - Handling for the project (Contact group companies to check and maintain the Laptop/PC conditions and maintenance) - Handle inquiries from the clients in English - Response to customer's complaints or problem - Act as a bridge for customer and internal team - Make regular reports to management - Other responsibilities as needed
