Job Description
-Provide support for hardware and software issues. -Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and networking devices. -Manage IT assets and documentation (IP address, software licenses, inventory). -Support ERP or production systems used in the factory. -Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance or upgrades. -Support digitalization and automation initiatives within the plant. -Support General Affairs team in administration for company facilities -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields ・High Conversational of English ・Min 3 years of experience as IT Sr. Staff in manufacturing industry ・Have experience in IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks,etc) and ERP ・Strong organizational, time-management skills and good communication
