Job Description

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for system enhancements
- Support marketing initiatives by defining and implementing system requirements, including functional improvements and UI/UX enhancements
- Analyze and improve workflows within the agricultural machinery rental platform, including CRM and back-office operations
- Propose enhancements to matching algorithms, contractor performance evaluation, filtering, and reporting features
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, and validate system functionality
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures
- Plan and conduct user training sessions while providing post-implementation support
- Act as the primary liaison between internal 
- Communicate business requirements, feedback, and enhancement requests to vendors
- Monitor development progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines
- Review functional specifications and explain technical solutions to business users
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and SLA compliance
- Coordinate issue resolution and ensure timely implementation of system improvements
- Review vendor contracts and recommend adjustments when necessary
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of key system enhancements
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prepare weekly progress reports and participate in regular project meetings with 
- Support project coordination activities as assigned by the Assistant Manager and Manager
- Other tasks as assigned 

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Business English proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analyst, System Development, Software Testing, or IT Project Coordination in IT Consultant or Manufacturing Industries
- Experience working with external software vendors and managing system implementation projects
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Experience preparing test cases
- A basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
