<Products: Automation system > <Clients: Manufacturer > <Saturday Working: > <Job Responsibilities> - Manage information technology and computer systems - Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations - Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance - Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures - Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems - Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy - Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time - Audit systems and assess their outcomes - Preserve assets, information security and control structures - Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness - Report to Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Must have experience in handling tracking business processes or have deep knowledge about it. - Must have SAP business one experience or have deep knowledge about it. - Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in IT or computer literate - Have a minimum of 3-year experience in managing IT, preferably a Japanese/international/Joint venture. (as an assistant manager) - Knowledge of IT Security, Windows 365, VPN - Has experience in IT Management including policies and implementation - Has experience in IT asset management - Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Good English communication skills (verbal & written) at Business level <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Male, around 33 - 35
