To achieve this goal, the IT department plays a key role by creating innovative operation and IT system which will lead, support, and strengthen our business globally.
IT Assistant Manager demonstrates strong leadership in communicating business goals, drives challenging projects, and takes responsibility for assigned roles, and collaborates with team members. In this role, you will utilize your project management skills and information technology expertise to analyze business problems, design operational process, implement solutions, and empower the organization to meet short and long term business goals.

[Responsibilities]
• Establish and maintain E-Commerce system with the support of global and regional IT team. Provide daily support and issue resolution together with global team.
• Manage and maintain all store IT systems, including POS system, store inventory management system, digital signage and other systems.
• Handles troubleshooting of production issues, drive to discover root cause and propose process improvement or system enhancement. Particularly for store system support, providing stable IT environments by collaboration with local IT partners.
• Manage new store projects, ensure all IT systems are deployed on schedule, within budget and with standard quality.
• Execute IT projects with support and supervision by regional and global IT team.
• Understand existing global/local systems and design solutions in line with the overall IT system architecture and application portfolio.


• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major
• Minimum 2 years of IT Project Management experience and
• Experience in retail business as IT area (minimum 2 years), and fully understand of below systems
- POS application system
- Store inventory management system
- E-Commerce system
• Project Management certification (PMP, CPM) will be advantageous
• Business level communication in English
• Working experience in Global Organization/Projects
