Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy an internal AI platform tailored to manufacturing operations - Build AI-driven features for Administration, Translation, and Team Coordination - Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, MES, HRIS, email, collaboration tools) - Fine-tune and deploy NLP and LLM-based models for internal use cases - Ensure system scalability, security, and data privacy, especially for sensitive operational data - Collaborate with operations, HR, and management teams to identify automation opportunities - Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and usability - Document system architecture, APIs, and workflows for internal stakeholders - Create and conduct internal training on AI tools and data processing for non-technical teams - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ・Min. Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years experience as AI Engineer/Developer with understanding in developing AI systems ・Willingness to support other IT operations task ・Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail
