Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems and infrastructure run smoothly and reliably - Provide hands-on technical support to internal users and resolve operational issues promptly - Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to maintain service quality and cost efficiency - Guide and mentor junior IT staff, filling operational and technical gaps as needed - Strengthen IT security controls and establish a state of incident readiness across the organization - Serve as the local first responder for IT and security incidents, leading containment and resolution efforts - Develop and deliver employee awareness programs on IT risks, cybersecurity, and data protection best practices - Support technical and operational measures to ensure compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations - Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures aligned with regional and global governance standards - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify data protection risks and implement appropriate safeguards - Lead and manage the IT workstream of the SAP Concur implementation project - Coordinate with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration and go-live - Provide post-implementation support and administration as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field ・Business level of English Proficiency ・Minimum 5 Years of working experience in IT management or a Senior IT role, preferably within the manufacturing industries ・Proven background in IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support with direct experience in IT security, incident response, and data protection compliance ・Strong knowledge of network architecture, LAN/WAN, IT infrastructure management, Microsoft 365, and SAP Concur ・Solid knowledge of IT security frameworks, vulnerability management, incident response protocols, personal data protection regulations, and compliance requirements ・Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Hold relevant certification
