Job Description
1). Carry out control and maintenance of the outline of company policies and in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the Management System 2). Carrying out coordination functions for the implementation of Management reviews 3). Holds responsibility highest level in solving problems involving the fields of quality, environment and K3. 4). Report the results of the management review to the President Director 5). Evaluate the implementation of continuous improvement programs in the Management System. 6). Ensure there is a review of all documentation (Manuals, procedures, Work Instructions and proof of Work) which are adapted to existing conditions as well document it, including documenting, maintaining regulations relevant legislation. 7). Ensure that there is outreach to all employees and company partners to increase awareness of the implementation of the Management System, including the achievement of goals and targets. 8). Maintain the good relationship with surrounding around Company and Local Government
Job Requirement
- About 5 years experience as ISO Staff/ISO Deputy +SHE -Knowledge / Certificate of ISO9001/14001/45001 -Business level English -Familiar with methodology tools, quality management, environment and K3 -Ability to interpret statistical data with software package objectives -Person who can live in Sumatra
