Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement export business development strategies for overseas market - Identify, evaluate, and secure new distributors, agents, and key customers - Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas partners - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape - Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations - Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market KPIs - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings as required - Prepare regular reports on market performance and business development activities - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (able to communicate with foreign partners regarding business matters) ・Min. 3 years as Business Development Manager (BD, Sales, Marketing) handling consumer goods overseas (ASEAN or New Zealand), experienced in developing strategies, overseas market research ・Good communication skill, good leadership skill, good business acumen ・Willing to do business trip from time to time
