Job Description
[Responsibilities]
1. Analysis attendance management system (annual leave, long leave, sick, absent, late in, etc) and create HR program in order to get proper attendance statistic to support company business.
2. Reviewing and analysis overtime and medical insurance to control company budget, safety and health, and comply with government regulation.
3. To design and develop effective C & B system to make staff more productive.
4. Ensuring payroll calculation already accurate before executing on payment day.
5. Ensuring Income tax 21 calculation already accurate accordance with regulation.
6. Monitoring and control HR cost accordance with HR budget.
7. Reviewing HR internal regulation and Company regulation
[Requirements]
- Have depth understanding on Labor Law and income tax
- Have Brevet A certification will be advantage
- Have experiences in C & B at least 5 years
- Able to communicate with English (Verbal and Writing)
- Familiar and can operate Microsoft Office
