Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs, procedures, and initiatives in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. - Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety observations, and environmental monitoring to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. - Lead and facilitate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRADC/HIRADZ) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) activities. - Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 requirements. - Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and government requirements. - Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, and recommend preventive and corrective actions. - Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate and timely HSE reports, including monthly and periodic performance reports. - Monitor HSE performance indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. - Conduct and coordinate HSE training, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and awareness programs. - Coordinate with management, employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders regarding HSE matters. - Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure follow-up actions are properly implemented. - Maintain proper documentation and records related to HSE activities, inspections, training, incidents, and compliance. - Promote a strong safety culture and environmental awareness throughout the organization. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High Conversational English proficiency - Min. 5 years of experience as HSE Supervisor from any Manufacture - Certificated K3 Umum - Understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, HIRADC/HIRADZ, JSA, Applicable HSE laws, regulations, and government requirements - Good leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
