Job Description
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies - Manage and monitor wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) operations, including testing and troubleshooting - Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain workplace safety and environmental standards - Implement and oversee Occupational Health and Safety programs, including P2K3 activities and reporting. - Manage Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to ensure compliance from all contractors - Support Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities from an HSE perspective - Handle hazardous waste (B3) management in accordance with applicable regulations - Organize and supervise emergency response procedures (fire, earthquake, power outage, etc.) - Ensure proper implementation of First Aid procedures and readiness - Maintain and support certification standards such as SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Halal - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety/K3, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering ・Business level of English ・Have 3 years of experience as Supervisor and 5 years of experience as HSE & WWTP in Japanese food manufacturing company ・Must hold AK3 Umum certification (mandatory) ・Have experience of wastewater treatment, first aid management and emergency response, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Halal standards ・Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments and strong leadership skills
