Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) administration - Coordinate training & development programs for employees - Handle personnel administration (contracts, attendance, leave, employee records) - Ensure compliance with labor regulations - Oversee facility maintenance, office/plant assets, and procurement - Manage company permits & licenses (business, building, environmental) - Handle vendor management and contract negotiations - Supervise security operations and protocols - Develop and monitor workplace safety (K3) and environmental programs, including risk assessment and emergency preparedness - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from any major - Business English proficiency - Minimum 3 years working experience as HRGA Supervisor within Japanese Manufacturing company - Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulations; familiarity with GA operation - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
