Job Description
- Responsible for general affairs and HR for Japanese visa holders, business travelers, and expatriates - Oversee office operations, facilities, supplies, and workplace safety. - Support regular HR duties, including recruitment, payroll, and employee management - Organize company events, employee welfare programs, and engagement activities - Prepare regular reports - Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree graduate - Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) with the ability to write emails in Japanese, and conversational English - Min. 2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with knowledge of VISA and KITAS processes for foreign workers - Stable career history
