Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Handle employee data management, attendance, and leave administration. ・Support recruitment and onboarding processes for local and expatriate employees. ・Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and employment contracts. ・Coordinate work permit and visa processes for expatriates (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc). ・Monitor expatriate documents (passports, visas, KITAS). ・Support HRGA Manager in handling company policies, HR reports, and internal memos. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Diploma's degree. ・1 year of experience as HRGA Staff from any Manufacture. ・Conversational English and Conversational Japanese proficiency.
