Job Description
・Manage office administration and daily operational needs. ・Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, and office supplies. ・Handle vendor coordination (cleaning service, building management, utilities, etc.). ・Manage company vehicles, parking arrangements, and logistics support. ・Organize company events, meetings, and internal activities. ・Maintain office inventory and asset records. ・Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings if required. ・Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. ・Assist in HR administrative tasks such as employee documentation and filing. ・Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews. ・Help maintain employee records and HR databases. ・Assist with onboarding processes for new employees. ・Support team with attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience as HRGA Staff. ・Business Japanese proficiency (N2) <Preferable Experience> ・Experienced from Japanese Automotive or Trading.
