<Job Responsibilities>
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, KPI setting, and performance management.
- Manage general affairs activities such as facility management, legal compliance, and company assets.
- Partner with leadership to shape a strong, performance-driven, and value-based company culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Min. Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as HRGA Manager from foreign manufacturing industry, handling every aspect especially Organizational Development and Compensation Benefit, experienced in setting up KPI, and good understanding of labor law
・Non Job Hopper (stays in one company for at least 3 years)
・Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
