- Manage and control HRGA dept
- Control HRGA dept budgeting
- In charge of training development, IR, recruitment, administration, etc.
- Get updated with labor law
- Check facilities
- Manage legal permits
- Manage employee payroll
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree, preferably from Law
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 10 years as HRGA in Automotive manufacturing as Managerial level
・Experienced in handling min. 500+ employees
・Experienced in managing HR, GA, Admin functions (including recruitment, training development, permits, payroll, GA, IR, etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to join ASAP
・Certifications
