Job Description
- Lead and manage all HRGA functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, general affairs, legal administration, and office operations - Develop and implement training, learning, and organizational development programs to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness - Review, develop, and improve HRGA policies, SOPs, and operational systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards - Oversee payroll operations by reviewing and approving payroll calculations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing - Supervise and develop the HR, GA, and Legal teams to ensure effective execution of departmental responsibilities and continuous capability improvement - Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and legal requirements, while supporting legal and corporate administration matters - Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, budgets, and management analyses to support strategic business decisions - Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement, organizational improvement, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - Business English proficiency - Min. 5 years as HRGA Manager in Japanese company with at least 15 years of experience in HRGA, handling all HRGA matters, including performance management, compensation & benefit (using system), recruitment, general affairs, payroll, and legal administration - Experienced working with limited team member, leading organizational development initiatives, training programs, and HR process or system improvement projects - Mature, proactive, strong leadership, detail oriented, good sense of ownership and accountability
