Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Company-wide labor management and personnel information management
- Handling government agencies (Manpower, Immigration, etc.)
- Office management (utilities, vendors, repairs, etc.)
- Crisis management and risk countermeasures (K3)
- Responding to sudden issues and troubleshooting
- Support for business operations in collaboration with HRGM
- HR system development, career path planning, promotion system (based on global tools)
- Recruitment, training, evaluation, salary management, labor management
- Creation of HR-related documents and SOPs
- Payroll, BPJS, allowances, income tax, employee benefits data management
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & GA as Manager/Assistant Manager level.
・Bachelor’s degree or higher from any major
・Stable career
