<Job Responsibilities> Oversee payroll, personnel records, and employee evaluation processes to ensure accurate and timely administration ・Oversee and lead recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, promotions, and performance management program ・Maintain positive relations with employees and ensure compliance with Collective Labor Agreements ・Draft, review, and implement HR-related contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards ・Manage foreign work permits and compliance for expatriate staff, coordinating with relevant authorities ・Support GA functions, ensuring smooth operations and organizational efficiency ・Provide insights and recommendations to management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in any Major ・Active conversational level of English ・More than 8 years of experience as HRGA, with at least 5 years in a managerial role ・Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and compliance requirements. ・Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
